Education

Mr. Levine received a B.S. from the University of Maryland (College Park) in 2003 and his J.D. with honors from the Rutgers School of Law (Camden) in 2007.

Practice

Mr. Levine practices primarily in the area of healthcare litigation and transactions. In the course of his work, he has dealt with a broad variety of business matters, including:

  • Pharmaceutical Mass Torts
  • Employment and Labor Law
  • Media and First Amendment Law
  • Copyright and Trademark Transactions
  • Corporate Litigation
  • Environmental Law
  • General corporate representation

Professional Activities

Mr. Levine is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association as well as being active with the American Bar Association, where he is a member of the Task Force on Social Networking/New Media for the Section of International Law.  He also serves as an editor of the Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management.

Teaching and Lecturing

Mr. Levine has taught Introduction to American Law at the Tokyo, Japan campus of Temple University. He currently is preparing for speaking engagements on various matters.

Publications

Currently, Mr. Levine is preparing two articles for publication in addition to his work with the Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management. Both articles focus on Japanese practice, the first regarding admission to the Japanese bar for foreign attorneys and the second regarding various topics in Japanese arbitration practice.
