2009 Tacosu in Honor of SK

Every time I’ve been to Japan, my friend SK likes to have a “tacosu party.”

Well, unfortunately, I don’t know the next time I’m going over, but I decided to make a mini “tacosu party” tonight. Turned out pretty good…what would have made it even better if SK and all my Japan-land buddies could have joined in!

In my first post in my new, more professional blog…well, I’d have to say it’s the holiday season. So what better gift for your still-employed professional than a nice new tie?

CyberObtix TieLab ties are: “are hand-silkscreened onto 100% silk or microfiber; our fine-weave microfiber is a rich, sturdy yet soft fabric resembling silk. Our silk is an elegant soft natte silk, smooth with a very slight sheen to it. We only use high quality waterbased inks which require no harmful solvents, this is better for both the health of our shop and for the health of our planet. Waterbased inks have a much better hand on fine fabrics and will never crack over time as plastisol inks do.

I’m putting these on my “next personal purchase” and “gifts I’d like” lists for this season and the foreseeable future.
